Here are 3 Ways To Dramatically Improve Your Focus Now:
1. Avoid Multi-Tasking
Humans Cannot Multi-Task and operate at their highest.
Avoid multi-tasking like the plague. Scientific studies prove that humans can only focus on one activity at a time. Only one activity can get your FULL attention.
For example, if you read a book while watching TV, you will find yourself either missing out on a scene or forgetting a line you just read. This is because we can’t keep up with a TV show while reading a book, only one of these can have your undivided attention in a given moment.
When completing important tasks always focus on doing one thing at a time. Not only will you get tasks done faster, but you will finish them at a much higher quality than you would have if you were distracted.
2. Eliminate Distractions
Eliminate wasting time and energy on things that do not serve you or your goals.
This is what separates people who acquire MASSIVE SUCCESS and those who don’t.
High achievers are willing to sacrifice video games to work on their goals. Instead of going to the bar they will study for an LSAT score good enough to land them a scholarship at Harvard. You have to constantly eliminate things that are wasting your time. Things that are wasting your time include ANYTHING that doesn’t have to do with achieving your goals and vision.
I get it. Sacrifice can be tough at first.
But you’ll forget about the sacrifices you made when you’ve living the life of your dreams and can play all of the video games you want ;-).
3. Write Out Your Plan
Writing a plan will improve your focus substantially. A plan will give you direction and purpose. With an established path to hit your goals you will also develop more confidence.
Without a plan you will find that you will not get tasks done in a timely matter and you will struggle with procrastination.
So how do you create an effective plan that gives you laser focus?

Write Out Your Goals
Write your long and short term goals and where you want to be in 1, 5, 10, and 20 years. Be as specific and possible. Then, read out loud or write these goals everyday. When you do this your subconscious mind will begin to believe these things and guide you in the right direction to make your goals come to fruition.
For example, you can say: in 10 years I want to own my first house, make $300,000 per year, and travel to Hong Kong. This is a specific goal. What you don’t want to say is: in 10 years I want to be rich; this is too vague, lacks a sense of direction, and gives your subconscious mind nothing to grasp.
