Binge eating can be considered as one of the most common eating problems that can be found among humans. Thousands of adults are being affected with it per year. When you are bingeing, you are literally out of control. In other words, when you binge eat you are eating a large amount of food within a short period of time, even if you are not feeling hungry. This eventually turns into a habit and will begin to happen more frequently. This can lead to a variety of health issues such as obesity and diabetes in the long run. Therefore, it is a good idea to learn how to stop binge eating.

Here is a list of 5 effective steps that you can follow in order to stop binge eating.

1. Temporary eliminate or reduce cardio

As a binge eater, the first thing you should do is to take a break from cardio. Recent studies have shown that it has been identified that a large number of binge eaters tend to depend on cardio workouts with the objective of lose weight.


Even though cardio workouts don’t always lead you towards binging and hunger, the type of relationship that exists in between them is a complicated one. Therefore, you should take a break from cardio as the first step.

2. Increase your protein and calorie intake

As the second step, you need to increase your protein and calorie intake. Most of the binge eaters tend to cut down their calorie intake in an aggressive manner. In other words, they are leaning on their willpower in order to deal with their hunger.


This will eventually backfire after a short period of time. Therefore, you must increase the calorie intake along with amount of proteins consumed.

3. Follow a more flexible diet

You should stop categorizing food into good and bad. You need to focus on consuming anything that fits perfectly well to your diet. You will not be able to beat yourself for consuming a food that belongs to the “bad” category, if you avoid thinking about that classification in the first place.

4. Make plans to fail in future

Once you are aware that you will have to face a diet breaking event in the future, you will be able to eliminate binge eating by planning to fail. This will assist you to come across a control free day.


This type of day is much different from the uncontrolled binge. The psychological aspect of it will tempt you to stay away from binge eating.

5. Practice mindfulness

As the last step, you should learn how to practice mindfulness. Binge eating is caused by a psychological trigger. This takes place in your head. The process of initiating binge is known as a thought pattern.


If you can take control over your thought patterns, you will effectively be to avoid binge eating completely. This will help you to experience long lasting results.

To have a successful online business or regular business in general requires that you master you mindset.

Without having a mindset that revolves around positivity and the correct principles any business you start will inevitably fail in a short amount of time.

Our thoughts are a powerful thing, in fact controlling these thoughts are what dictates almost our entire life. So if you can master your thought process, I guarantee you will find business success.

1. Take Massive Action

In order to become a successful entrepreneur you must take massive action towards your goals. This means dominating the market place. If you want to be successful, especially when you are starting right out the gate. You have to take more calculated action than anybody else.


If you can learn how to produce more quality content consistently than anybody over the course of time then you will be golden. Have the mindset that you are the best and that your business must stand out amongst the crowd.

This is the best way to get noticed, by being the best and dominating your field.

2. Have Patience

Being patient is imperative to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Sometimes when you first start out it can be tempting to want to have success instantly and to have it overnight. But that simply is not how it works. No matter who you are there will always be a learning curve and a process that you must go through before you find success.

If you find yourself wanting to be highly successful overnight then you will most likely fail at that business because you will get very frustrated early on and quit – this is what happens to most people.

However, if you instead embrace the process and understand that you must go through an initial period of a couple of months or even a couple of years before you starting reaping your rewards, you will learn to love the process and appreciate it for what it is while you can focus on being consistent.

3. Focus on Value First, The Money Will Come

This is one of the most difficult principles to follow. If you’re just starting out and you really need the money of course you are going to be tempted to do whatever gets you paid first. But the truth is, when all you are thinking about is getting people’s money, your customers can smell it and they will notice immediately – and they won’t buy.


The key is to focus on providing value to your customers first. When you focus on providing high quality solutions to the problems your customers have and genuinely caring about that, they will also notice this and trust you to help them. But do not, I repeat, do not, make money your first priority!

4. Have Integrity

Always be open, honest, and transparent (OHT) with your customers. Your customers are people who need solutions to a problem and they are looking for someone that they can trust, if they trust you then your business will prosper. Never lie to a customer and always allow them to ask you questions and be fully transparent with them about what your process is and what your all about.

Put yourself in their shoes. Don’t you feel comfortable buying from someone that you trust and that you know is not trying to take advantage of you? Don’t you buy from someone you know who has your best interests at heart? Always treat your customers the way you like to be treated.

5. Think About The Big Picture

Always think about the long term. People that are not successful only think about today and tomorrow and so when they don’t see immediate results they quit because things aren’t happening fast enough.

But you on the the other hand are going to patient and think about the big picture. You will understand that obstacles you may face in the beginning are only temporary and that as long as you understand that, you will overcome them and on the other side of that is success.

6. Never Stop Improving

In order to succeed in business and in life you must constantly be improving. Many people who retire and up becoming very miserable because they have nothing to do but sit around and they stop growing.

The world is constantly changing and your competition will keep adapting and expanding, if you don’t improve yourself and your business by constantly making adjustments where needed to be better then you will find your business struggling.

7. There’s No Such Thing As Failure

Accept that there is no such thing as failure. Entrepreneurs that fail and end up giving up do so because they didn’t achieve something they wanted or they faced an obstacle and so they took that as a sign that they couldn’t do something.

You on the other hand, when you face an obstacle or drop the ball, don’t see that as a “failure,” look at it as an opportunity to learn instead. I wrote a whole article about this topic:

8. Never Give Up

The only way to truly fail is to give up. When you give up you have 0 chances of achieving your goals. If you want something bad enough you won’t give up. If you do give up, it means it wasn’t something you really wanted anyway!

1. Failure Makes You Stronger

Failure is always a blessing in disguise. When you put yourself out there, take a risk, and fail at something it will put you at a huge advantage over the millions of people who would never attempt what you just tried because they are all too afraid of failure.

Many people in society are hesitant to pursue their dreams or do something outside of their comfort zone because they know that if they don’t try they will never have to face failure. Well, this is not true because in fact, not giving yourself a chance and not trying is failure by default.


On the other hand, when you do try something and fail at it you will gain strength because now you will know what failure feels like. Not only that, but you will also realize that failure is not the end of the world!!

Now that you understand failure isn’t that big of a deal you will develop a sense of confidence by knowing that you have strength and can overcome obstacles. This confidence will spread into all different aspects of your life and you will become a great problem solver.

So, do yourself a favor—FAIL MORE!!!!

2. Failure Shows You How Bad You Want Something

Sometimes failure can really help to pave the direction of our lives. Oftentimes, failure is what will point you in the direction of your true passions.

When people try things and fail, they usually react in one of two ways. Either they get back up and try again, or they give up.

When you truly want something, you will know it because you will be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that goal. However, if you fail and you are willing to walk away with no qualms about your decision what so ever, this actually shows you that you never really wanted that thing bad enough anyway.

So if you fail at something, and realize that you are not bothered by the prospect of not trying again and giving up. Don’t see it as a bad thing, take it as an opportunity to find something you are really passionate about and are willing to do anything to accomplish.

3. Failure Helps You To Make Improvements

One of the best opportunities that comes out of failure is the chance to go back to the drawing board. Failure simply exposes the things that you are not good at and that need to be improved. Without failing you won’t know what you need to do better next time so that you can achieve success.


In sports whenever a team loses, the coach makes the team watch videos the next day at practice so can observe where they made mistakes. This way when it is time to play the next game they won’t make the same mistakes again, they’ll be better, and they’ll win the game.

The same concept applies to anything else in life. When you fail, embrace it and realize that it is an opportunity to become better. Learn to love failure because now that it is out the way, it means you are that much closer to being victorious.


Failure can be a tough thing to deal with at times, but the key is to change your perspective of it. Once you change how you view failure and learn that it is simply an opportunity to get better, you will soon learn to embrace it and appreciate the fact that you are attempting to do things that most other people are afraid to do and that is something to be proud of.

Overthinking is one of the most common problems people face today. It’s a huge issue and I definitely figured that I needed to get an article out about this sooner rather than later.

Why Overthinking Is Bad

Overthinking can be the biggest contributing factor to you not being as successful as you would like to be. Problems with overthinking can slow you down because you become so stuck in the past that you can’t even realize that the past is irrelevant and that there is nothing that can be done about the past.

Many people who struggle with overthinking tend to become like a deer in headlights and spend so much time thinking, that there is not enough action being taken and therefore nothing gets done. Thinking too much will leave you stuck in past misery which is a place that you don’t need to be anymore and it will keep you from being in the present moment which is where you need to be in order to fix yesterday’s mistakes.

How To Stop Overthinking

1. Take Massive Action – Perhaps the number one thing that you can do to prevent thinking too much is to take massive action. When you are busy and keeping your mind occupied with something else, you will find it much more difficult to spend time thinking about the past and dwelling on it.


To learn how to take massive action, just simply practice getting the ball rolling by committing to taking one small simple action when you wake up every morning and you won’t feel so inclined to procrastinate by overthinking.

2.Stop Worrying About Perfection – Oftentimes when people approach things, they envision perfection. You may want the timing to be just right, want to be in the perfect mood, and expect all of the stars to align perfectly. However, the truth of the matter is that in most cases NONE of these things will ever happen.

Most of the time you will encounter obstacles and scenarios that you never saw coming. Part of being able to stop thinking too much is to understand that unexpected things can and WILL happen and to realize that you cannot control everything that happens in life. Accept that some things are simply out of your control.

When you come to this realization it will be easier to just let yourself go and stop thinking so much because you will realize that there is no point in overthinking and that you can’t possibly prepare for every circumstance. Just commit to taking massive action and let the chips fall where they may.

3.Give Yourself A Deadline – another way to stop overthinking is to give yourself a deadline for making decisions. Decide that you will make small decisions in 5 minutes or less before taking action and give yourself 1 day for making bigger decisions. This will help you to stop thinking too much and get you into the habit of actually getting stuff done.

4.Realize When You’ve Done Enough Research – If you have a big project or a business idea, sometimes it is easy to get so caught up in preparation, overthinking, and research, that you fail to realize when you’ve actually accumulated ENOUGH information to answer your questions and begin taking action.


In modern times, since we live in the Information Age and have so much knowledge available at the press of a button, it is easy to get caught up in wanting MORE solutions than are actually necessary. In may cases, you can do TOO MUCH research and actually end up confusing yourself more as a result. I found that the best way to avoid falling into this trap is to only look for solutions to questions when I arrive at roadblocks. Only take action when you encounter a problem that is stopping your progress, then research for solutions to that problem and as soon as you find the answer, accept it and move on. Do not get caught on the internet browsing mindlessly for irrelevant information once you have already found the answer! Just simply apply the answer and move on. Know when you have enough information!

5.Think The Bigger Picture – Often when you struggle with thinking too much it is because you are not thinking enough about the bigger picture. It’s easy to allow a mistake or issue to dwell in your mind long after you have made it and get caught thinking about it too much but what many people fail to realize is that the mistake or issue will most likely NOT mean much in few days, months, or years from now.

When you think about the bigger picture you will realize that most of the time the things you spend so much time overthinking about now are really small issues and won’t mean anything in the long run. All the overthinking does is hold you back and slow you down. So always think about the bigger picture and think LONG TERM!


Thinking to much is a common problem and I struggled with this a lot but these steps can definitely help you to overcome overthinking and get you into taking massive ACTION! Focus on the long term and avoid looking for the perfect answer but rather, look for the good enough answer and you should be able to stop overthinking.

Laziness: How To Stop Being Lazy – How To Overcome Laziness (5 Steps)

Laziness can be a very unhealthy habit for us to have. Constantly feeling unmotivated and stuck in a state of procrastination can take a toll on your life in the long term. The way successful people overcome laziness is by taking action even when they don’t feel like it. By doing this, over a period of time the cumulation of their habits eventually leads them to living the life of their dreams.

1. Wash Your Face and Shower First Thing 

This may sound like a small thing but it can be paramount when overcoming laziness. Many people don’t shower right away when they wake up.

Taking a shower when you wake up first thing in the morning is an excellent way to get the juices flowing in your body and get you out of the state of laziness and start your day off on the right note.

2. Get Plenty of Sleep

A lack of sleep is a huge cause for laziness. You should ideally be striving to get 7-8 hours of sleep per night.

When I get 7 hours of sleep I wake up more aware, alert, and focused. On the contrary when you get less sleep than that you will find yourself feeling more sluggish throughout the day and more prone to lazy habits.

3. Be Physically Active

When we sit or lay down too much we can fall into a state of feeling too comfortable and become lazy. A good way to start your day is by going out for a walk or jog just to get some endorphins running through your body. This will improve your overall mood and make you feel more like being productive for the rest of the day. If you work a desk job make an effort to get up and walk around as much as possible to avoid falling into a lazy complacent state.

4. Eat Healthy

Good diet is imperative to having high energy and avoiding laziness. Eat a fresh and diverse diet that is rich in proteins, fruits, and vegetables. Junk food will kill your energy and have you feeling lazy and sick.

There was a study done in 2009 by scientists that shows that eating junk food can lower your energy in as little as one week. Rats that ate junk food were able to run 50 percent as far as rats that were eating a healthier diet in only one week. By eating healthier you will have more energy and clarity to become more productive and overcome laziness.

5. Stay Motivated

Keep yourself motivated by creating a vision and having goals for yourself. Write your dreams down and where you see yourself one, five, ten, and thirty years from now and read it aloud to yourself every morning. This is a great way to keep yourself motivated and inspire you to take action to make that life come to fruition.


Many people are lazy because they feel as if they have no purpose, and this happens because they never took the time to create one and envision it! Of course these people will feel lost and have no idea what to do during their days so they will resort to sitting around watching T.V and being unproductive.

Keep yourself motivated yourself and overcome laziness!


Laziness is a bad habit to have but it CAN be overcome in many cases by just taking better care your body. Laziness is most cases is due to not sleeping enough, eating poorly, or just not having a vision of what you want for your life. Follow these tips and you should see big change.

Our habits make or break us. The difference between someone that gets everything they want out of life and someone that doesn’t comes down to the difference in their day to day habits.

Bad habits such as laziness, procrastination, and negativity can be harmful to success. But the good news is that good habits like positive thinking, tenacity, and healthy eating can feed success.

In this article, I will show you how to replace bad habits with good ones and also show you three things you should avoid doing when in the process of trying to change them.

How To Replace Bad Habits With Good Habits

A habit is a way of doing something that has been developed overtime. Many times your habits begin and develop during youth.


These habits are deeply ingrained in your mind, whether good or bad, and therefore will take a bit of persistence to change, but it is definitely possible to do. The key to breaking them is to start a new habit and continue doing it for a long enough time until you reach a point that you no longer have to think about it.

Warning: Trying to change a bad habit may suck for a while!

When you have a habit you want to change your body and mind are going to give you a high level resistance. Your body is programmed to adapt to routines, good or bad, and hates breaking them even if it means better health or positive change. If you want to stop eating unhealthy foods it will seem like torture when you have to eat a salad instead of a cheeseburger. But no need to worry, eventually your tastebuds will adapt and you will be loving salad and natural flavors in no time.

The key is to overcome the initial resistance phase for the first 30 days. If you can bare and overcome the temptation past the first month you won’t struggle anymore and the habit will become second nature.

Things To Avoid When Breaking Habits

1. Giving Into Temptation – You will feel tempted to revert back to your old ways. You’ll want to skip that workout or eat the junk food. Whatever you do, don’t give in! Understand that there will always be temptation, but just see it for it is and keep in mind that your desired results in the long run are what is more important than indulging in the more comfortable and temporary pleasure.


2. Giving Up Too Early – many people give up before they even give themselves a significant chance to change their habit. They figure it is too difficult and therefore it can’t be done. Sadly, most of the time, if they would have just persisted for another few days or weeks, they would have succeeded but they gave up too early. Never give up, breaking habits can be tough but it just requires some patience and will power.

3. Thinking The Painful Phase Will Never Stop – Breaking bad habits is no easy feat, but it is certainly possible. When someone stops using drugs they go through withdrawal. The same concept applies to breaking any bad habits you may have – you will go through a withdrawal phase. It will be painful at the start but when you start seeing results and reaping the benefits of having a better habit in your life, the temporary pain you had to suffer will soon turn in to a newfound joy and you will be proud of yourself.


Breaking bad habits can be tough but it is , believe in yourself. Successful people practice good habits and are always working to eliminate the bad ones from their lives. This is how you grow, this is how anybody grows. You have to constantly be changing and adapting newer and better ways of doing things in to your daily routine in order to be successful. Just never give up when pain arises or you find yourself up against some resistance. There is light at the end of the tunnel and always keep the long term perspective in mind.

Productivity: How To Be More Productive

I always wonder why some people take hours to get a task completed while others may take five minutes.

When I commit to writing an article I focus on writing it. I turn off the T.V, I stay away from social media, and I don’t think about what my next YouTube video will be about. However, when I am around other people I always notice that when they are studying they are distracted by the internet or by text messages. So it is no wonder why many people struggle with being productive.

So how do you become more productive?

Stay Focused

Staying focused is the key that will help you to prevent procrastination and be more productive. Today, I woke up late. I was tired and decided to get more sleep, but that didn’t stop me from hunkering down, getting focused, and completing the tasks that I needed to get done for my day.

The problem with many people however, is that instead of focusing on one task at a time they multi-task and do several things at once. When you do this it turns a one hour project into a 5 hour one.


The key is to be able to sit down and knock out one task at a time. This helped me to enhance my productivity tremendously. You don’t need to spend five hours on a task to get it done. You just need to learn how apply 100% of your attention for one hour to when trying to complete something.

Eliminate The Perfectionist Mentality

This was a big problem that I struggled with. Oftentimes, if you are a very ambitious person like myself, then you have been tempted at one time or another to try to do things perfectly. You may complete a project, check it over once or twice, and ask someone for feedback, but even after all of this you find yourself going back to make changes so that it can be even better. Don’t get me wrong, it is a GOOD thing to strive do high quality work. But there is a line you don’t want to cross. It can become a huge problem when you are wasting hours on end trying to make minuscule adjustments that ultimately won’t make that big of a difference anyway.


When working on a task, complete it to the point where it is good enough, professional, and presentable. Don’t worry about trying to be perfect all the time. The truth is, nobody is perfect and your work will never ever be perfect. By eliminating the perfectionist mentality you will get a higher quantity of work done and you will be much more productive as a result.


Many people think that they are productive just because they spend countless hours getting something done. This could not be further from the truth. The person who can get the same amount of stuff done in less time will always be at an advantage because they will have more time to allocate toward doing other things. When you learn how to apply 100% of your energy to one task at a time until it is good enough, you will get more done.

Writers Block Cure: How To Get Into State of Flow – Fix Creative Block

What is Flow?

Flow is a state that you reach when you become completely immersed into a task. When you are in flow you will find that you will be so focused on a project that you won’t be able to stop, you will constantly come up with new creative ideas, and you will lose track of time.

Wouldn’t you love to be in this state all of the time?

In this article I want to talk about why flow is important and explain how you can achieve a state of flow and stay there.

Why Flow Is Important

The main trait that successful people possess is consistency. To be a professional sports athlete you have to consistently have good stats or you will get cut from the team. To be a good lawyer you have to consistently win cases or you won’t have many clients. To be a good YouTuber you have to consistently release good content or you won’t have subscribers. To be a good entrepreneur you have to consistently provide value to your market or you won’t get customers. Whatever you do you have to be consistent for long periods of time.

The only way to be consistent is by remaining in a constant state of flow. The opposite of flow, is block. This is where the term “writers block” comes from. If you are an author and you struggle with writers block frequently, this can hamper your success because you won’t be able to complete your project in an efficient amount of time thus holding you back from selling books and being successful. This is true for anything and everything else as well.


To be successful you have to be able to provide value to your market on a daily basis and to do that you have to be consistently creating high quality content.

The faster you can create high quality content, the more success you will have ultimately.

How To Get Into the State of Flow

1.   Do Something You Are Passionate About – If you chose to do something that you love and are passionate about it will be easy to put your full attention into doing it. When you try to do something you don’t enjoy it is only a matter of time before you procrastinate and try putting it off because you don’t want to really be doing it.

2.  Eliminate Distractions – you will find it hard to lose yourself in a task if the T.V is blasting. If you’ve ever tried to study while the T.V is on I’m sure you lost focus after 5 minutes or so. When you put yourself in a quiet secluded place away from distractions you will be able to zone in and focus more.


3.  Avoid Exceptionally Difficult Tasks – Sure, it is good to push yourself, this is part of what keeps life interesting and challenging. But don’t overdue it. If you try doing something that is too high in difficulty eventually you will burn out. It is always easier to get lost in a task for a long period of time that doesn’t require an excessive amount of effort than one that is grueling and difficult to do.

4. Read and Educate Yourself – One reason why many people suffer with “writers block” is because they aren’t educating themselves enough. Writers block is simply running out of things to say. When you are constantly learning new things you will have more to say and will find it harder to run out of words or content to present to your audience. It will also keep you interested in your task and on your toes. You also gain confidence knowing that you can come up with ideas endlessly and this will create a snowball effect where you will find it easier and easier to be constantly creating.


By doing these things you should have no problem staying motivated and interested enough to sit down and get completely immersed the projects you are working on. You will always be in a state a creativity and you and your endeavors will bloom beyond your wildest dreams.

Negativity: How To Overcome Negativity (3 Steps)

Let’s face it, there is a lot of negativity in the world. There are negative people, violent attacks going on, and bad influences happening all over the TVs we watch.

With all the violence and advertisements on TV that are promoting products which bad for us, it almost appears that we are born at disadvantage.

In this article, I will show you how you can become a more positive person and overcome the negativity in the world.

Understand That Mindset is Everything

A “mental warrior.”is someone that understands his circumstances are dictated by a root cause ultimately which is the mind and its thoughts.

An outcome is always first determined by an action that we take, whether it’s something we say or do. But before any physical action takes place it is always started by a thought.

Learning how to master your thoughts is key. If we think negatively about ourselves on a regular basis then overall we end up falling short in reaching our goals. By thinking negative, we constantly second guess ourselves and doubt we can accomplish something before we’ve even tried it which will always lead to a cycle of failure.

But, people who have a positive mindset tend not to struggle with failure. By telling themselves that they are capable, strong, smart, and a warrior, they start to believe themselves and can overcome obstacles to conquer their goals.

Limit contact with people in your life that are negative.

There are many people who are angry at life. Maybe they gave up on their life and their dreams. So they decide to take that anger out on others. Avoid these people.

You may have friends that tell you that you can’t do something. It may seem like they are always “hating” on you. Or maybe they always complain about the world when they are around you. Being around people like this is bad for our thinking. If someone you know is always making you feel bad about yourself or is always complaining and saying bad things about life and other people, eventually YOU TOO will start believing these things.

The saying: “your success is dictated by the top 5 people you surround yourself with” is true. If you are surrounding yourself with champions who think positive all the time and uplift you, then you will pick up good habits and become a champion too. But, if you are around losers that make you feel bad about yourself and that are doing nothing positive for their own lives, you too will become a loser.

Surround yourself with greatness and you will become greatness.

2. Avoid Watching the News

Watching too much news can have a negative impact on our mental state. While it is good to have a general awareness of what is going on around us. Most times, we would be better off unplugging ourselves from it all. When something truly important happens that you must know about, trust and believe that people around you will be talking about it, allow them to be your source of news.

The reason why I say the news is bad is because most of it is very negative. It is loaded with rape, killing, and stories about bad people. I’m sure that if you had a day filled with positivity and then turned on the news your mood would start to get a little worse and after a while you would start feeling pessimistic about life.


The worst part is that they show us these bad things on purpose. Unfortunately, directors feel that the best way to make money is by promoting negativity.

But they are wrong.

The truth is, there are many positive things that happen in the world regularly. There are great people who love humanity and there are awesome stories about them regularly but the news just doesn’t share it with you.

So if we can conclude that the news shows us bad things that make our mind states worse and that they do it on purpose to make a profit, it is safe to say that we should try to avoid consuming too much of it.

When you cut down on your time watching the news and focus that energy into taking massive action towards your goals you will notice that your feel a lot more positive daily and that you are more productive because of it.

3. Avoid TV Shows and Movies That Can Be Harmful

Many TV shows and movies are like the news. They understand that violence, killing, hate, and bad language, is what makes people want come back and watch more. Look at these reality shows. They are nothing but a bunch of people that are OBSSESSED with MONEY and that like to curse at each other. It’s the same thing with a majority of other shows and movies, they are filled with scenes that are a negative influence on our minds.

What is worse, is that just like the news these movies and shows are created with the intention to manipulate our minds.

According to studies, scientists may have unlocked the formula for directors to allow them to make you feel whatever emotion they want you to feel whenever they want you to feel it. This is because of a breakthrough called Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (FMRI). This allows directors to study how your brain reacts to different scenes so that they can then reproduce scenes that make you feel that way anytime you want leaving you hooked to their movies. So for example, if you like feeling adrenaline rushes. The director will be able to make you feel that whenever he wants and you will be coming back to watching more of his movies.

If you think that’s crazy, it gets WORSE.


Scenes from movies and TV shows can actually have a negative impact on your physical health. That’s right. Certain scenes can cause a rush in your heart rate, adrenaline, and cortisone levels which overtime can be a bad thing. It can be especially bad if you already have cardiovascular problems.

Not only that but did you know that if you struggled with depression before, that a movie could be the cause of you falling back into it again? Studies have shown that the scenes we watch can bring up deeply repressed traumatic memories from the past. When you see something in a movie or show it can cause a change in your brain chemistry that can bring up memories about a bad time that you didn’t even know you had. So if you struggled with depression or sadness at some point in your life, a movie can subconsciously make you relive that feeling again and can cause you to struggle with depression again.


The mind is a powerful thing and it can also be sensitive. A lot of times, we are not conscious of things that can affect how we think but it is very important to always keep track of what we allow to enter into our thought process. Our minds are the source of who we are and if we allow bad thinking and negativity to enter them, we will fall short in our real lives.

It’s Time To WAKE UP Now (Part 2 of 2): 4 Things That Will Help You CRUSH Your Morning Routine and BOOST SUCCESS

Mornings are a beautiful time. The sun rises, the birds chirp, and breakfast is sizzling. But it is the morning that is the MOST critical time of the day. Our morning activities are the ones that will set the tone for the rest of the day.

If you’re reading this post and it’s the morning, good. I want you to understand that this morning you have the chance to start and live yet another day. Be grateful for that and take advantage of the opportunity. Seize the moment.

In part 1 (Why You Must Bite the Bullet) I discussed why it is important to complete your most difficult and important tasks in the morning towards accomplishing your goals. This article is merely a continuation of that but will focus more on the spiritual and physical elements that you can implement into your early morning routine for optimum success.

Here are 4 things to incorporate into your morning routine that will jumpstart your day in the right direction and power pack your success:

1.  Prayer/Time With God

Taking care of our spirituality is crucial. It is important to be grateful for being alive. Be thankful for the things you that have and the loved ones in your life.


Prayer will help you get your tasks done. It keeps your mind and thoughts free and positive. It keeps you grounded and will inspire you to swiftly move through any barriers you face throughout your day.

Reading bible scripture and spending time with God in prayer has truly helped me overcome many obstacles that I have faced in life and it helps me to be thankful for the gift of life everyday. Life is beautiful.

2. Take A Cool Shower

Taking a cool shower is the best way to get your juices flowing.

Sometimes, we wake up feeling groggy and sleepy but simply taking a cool shower will open your eyes right up. There’s no better way to get a rush of energy than the feeling of cool and refreshing water running over your face and body.

Cool showers (and even cold, if your brave enough) are very good for us, not only because they will increase your alertness but because, there are also proven medical benefits.

With that being said, taking a cool shower should absolutely be one of the first things on your A.M priority list. Fight off temptation to put this off until after breakfast, or worse, until the evening.

Breakfast is in fact, the most important meal of the day. It gives you energy to carry out the rest of your day and it helps your body burn calories throughout the day. Studies have also shown that breakfast eaters have better memory and concentration levels as well as a lower chance of having diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight.

With that being said, just because breakfast is healthy doesn’t mean all breakfast is good. Stay away from the Egg McMuffins from McDonalds and loading up on processed Dunkin Donuts eggs sandwiches. These foods are bad for us and should be avoided.


Instead Here Are 6 Healthy Foods To Have For Breakfast:

1) Eggs – eggs are undeniably a great thing to have in the morning. They will leave you feeling fulfilled after eating them and are also high in protein which is good for producing muscle. Not only that but they contain antioxidants called zeaxanthin and lutein which are good for eye health and help to lower chances of contracting cataracts.

2) Oats – pats are great breakfast choice that will also fill you up. They have a fiber called beta-glucan that helps to reduce cholesterol. Oats are also known to help protect heart health and decrease blood pressure.

3) Chia Seeds – Chia Seeds are rich in fibers that absorb water and help to cause more movement throughout your digestive tract. This leads to better bowel movement and better overall digestion. These are great to put in protein shakes.

4) Fruits– Fruits are delicious and can be a part of any breakfast meal. All fruits contain many vitamins, water, and nutrients. They are also very low in calories which will help prevent you from getting fat.

No matter what your profession is or what your ambitions may be. The body is undeniably the most important asset you have. If you neglect your body, don’t expect to be able to produce on a high level. Scientific evidence proves that people who workout in the morning have an easier time concentrating on tasks and have sharper memories.


With that being said, I am a huge advocate for jogging in the morning, going to the gym, or both, if possible. It is a great way to clear your mind and another way to wake up.

It is critical to maintain a healthy body if you want to obtain massive success. Make sure to work out and do cardio exercise on a consistent basis and try to do at least one of these activities in the morning.
